In Nigeria, higher education has been deregulated by virtue of an Act of Parliament i.e. Act No. 16 of 1985. The law thus encourages public and private participation in the education sector of the country’s economy. The enabling environment naturally prompted the proprietor Prof. Akinbola Morakinyo to invest his resources in education.
